Kristina Tabb is an innovative colorist with classic techniques. This San Diego native has an eye for sun kissed beach color that is effortless and beautiful. After relocating to Los Angeles, Kristina set out to work with the “best of the best’. Kristina has been privileged enough to work with top colorists such as Tracey Cunningham. This is where she was able to hone in on her precise highlighting skills. Whether it is a trendy ombre or natural balayage, every client leaves Kristina’s chair with their desired look. Kristina prides herself on her ability to communicate effectively with her clientele, giving them gorgeous healthy locks.
Michael Sparks
Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. After moving to Los Angeles Michael began by assisting a trio of famed hair stylists Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkin at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon. He went on to assist Chris McMillan for several years. While working on shoots and traveling the globe with celebrities, he was given the opportunity to fine-tune his craft, making him the stylist he is today. From long styles to pixie cuts Michael gives a cut that grows in beautifully. From short and edgy to long and beautiful beach vibes. Michael’s attention to detail is second to none. Michael has worked with Alison Porter, Anna Kendrick, Cambrie Schroder, Cameron Boyce, Courteney Cox, Elizabeth Michelle, Erin Krakow, Faith Schroder, Hannah Simone, Jaimie Alexander, Kendra Wilkinson, Meghann Fahy, Meghan Markle, Melissa Benoist, Miranda Cosgrove, Monica Lewinsky, Lena Dunham, Lisa Edelstein, Selma Blair and Tinashe.

Just like your favorite band tee, AJ believes hair color becomes more distinctive to your own personal style the more lived in it is. A California native who started training and building her professional foundation at the young age of 19. It was at Vidal Sassoon where she found her calling for color. Showing vast amounts of loyalty and dedication to her clients by remaining at the same salon for nearly a decade, until the opportunity arose to further her career at Tabb and Sparks Salon. From the first appointment, she takes the time and initiative to build a personal connection with every client, and because of that her clientele has stayed loyal to her. Loving all color, from deep sensual brunettes to intricate bleach and tones, she has a diverse and versatile method that fits all clients wants and needs.
Toru Fujisaki
Toru, the multi-talented hair artist, was born and raised in Japan where he was exposed to the trendy fashion scene at an early age. What started off as an interest in the hair industry quickly became a passion since he started his dream journey in 2006. Through 5 years of meticulous training at the top hair salon in Tokyo, his own creativity, and perfection for hair, he quickly gained recognition for his work.
In hopes of exploring his creativity elsewhere, he came to Los Angeles in 2012 and has found his signature style. From men’s grooming, to beautiful dry cutting that doesn’t require a lot of attention to detail, to the trendsetting color that is the beautiful California sunkissed-blonde, to balayage, to gorgeous brunette.
After working in a high-end salon in Beverly Hills, Toru sophisticated his vision and precise work. He will create the look that you want to achieve through communication and attention to detail with his pride and his quality of work.
Rosie Biddle
Rosalinda Biddle is a hair stylist specializing in dry cutting and extensions. Proficient with all hair types ranging from naturally kinky coiled to naturally smooth, Rosalinda developed a large fan base in her New York hometown. She continually strived to perfect her techniques and further her education as a stylist. Her dedication and commitment paid off when she began assisting Michael Sparks each time he traveled to New York for work. During those years of assisting, she gained invaluable experience on the set of photoshoots for magazines and live television segments. Training with Sparks ultimately led to perfecting her cutting technique. Rosalinda always had big dreams and felt compelled to move locations--specifically to Los Angeles.
Today, Rosalinda has found her new home at Tabb & Sparks Salon in the city of Santa Monica. She continues to yield effortless looking haircuts while maintaining the integrity of her clients’ hair texture and lifestyle.
Emma Schwimley
Emma realized her passion in all things hair at a very young age. Growing up in the Midwest, she attended shows, learned new techniques, and built her knowledge base. She quickly realized that to fully pursue her passion in the heart and soul of beauty, she set out to Los Angeles.
Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Emma’s hands on training started in Beverly Hills. She quickly absorbed many techniques and acquired a skill set learned from the prestigious Méche Salon of Beverly Hills.
Emma’s work has been seen/published in E.L.F. Cosmetics, The Golden Globes, Nylon Magazine, Bustle, and Allure. She specializes in color, styling, and non-toxic treatments.
Michael Brent
Michael Brent began his career at a very young age when moved to Los Angeles and quickly landed a much sought after job as the assistant to the Global Beauty Advisor at Dior. It was at Dior that Michael was exposed to all facets of style within the world of high fashion and high profile clients. With a wealth of educational and real world experience, he ventured out on his own, cutting and styling clients for film, print, music videos and red carpet events. Michael began to focus exclusively on his passion for cutting hair, spending years in a salon in Beverly Hills before his innate ability was recognized by Michael Sparks. After assisting and studying under his mentor Sparks, he was quickly invited to join his then salon in Malibu, and eventually Tabb and Sparks. His masterful technique and passion consistently leave all of his clients with the look and feel that they have always desired, evidenced by his consistent repeat business and happy clientele.
Frank Galasso
Celebrity hair stylist and colorist Frank Galasso was raised in Melbourne, Australia. With a natural flair for style and an insatiable desire to create, he relocated to Italy, where he was chosen to head the design team for Gianni Versace’s runway shows. Frank, relocated to Los Angeles where he started an apprenticeship with famed Vidal Sasoon.
Featured in over 500 publications, renowned publications have noticed Frank as being one of the most sought after hairstylists worldwide. Elle UK has said he is, “One of the top 10 Hair Stylists in the world.” Allure’s Beauty Bible has also named him the “Best Hair Colorist” for blondes, in the U.S. He has been recognized by international, beauty companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Joico, and L’Oreal Professional.
To achieve the perfect color is both a science and an art form. Frank creates naturally highlighted hair by blending multiple shades of color while lightening the ends to create an illusion of years of summer sun, ocean and sand. The perfect finish shows faded strands of glistening perfection.
Frank’s clientele quickly grew to include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Barbara Streisand, Vanessa Williams, Kelly Rowland, Kim & Khloe Kardashian, Lisa Marie Presley, Erika Jayne, Calista Flockhart and more. Frank’s talents also transfer onto the big screen working on movies such as Hustlers, The Time Traveler’s Wife and Second Act.
Morgan Coulter
Originally from San Antonio and a Texas girl - born and raised Morgan started her career at 19 in an upscale salon in downtown San Antonio. While assisting the owner at Twirl Salon, she grew tremendously in her knowledge of hair painting and the balayage technique. Creating the perfect lived in blonde is always her goal. In 2018 she launched her own hair business in San Antonio where she loved the freedom of growing in her own space and making clients feel their best. After visiting family in Los Angeles and dreaming of the opportunities in this city she decided to head west and landed at Tabb and Spark in 2022 where she assisted the owner, Kristina Tabb, zeroing in on her color skills. She has found a perfect fit for making her dreams a reality.
